Training & Support
We'll start you with our in-house training program which also includes site location, building and interior design, and setting up the showroom aspect of the store to ensure maximum visibility of our most beloved product lineups. You'll have everything you need by the time the grand opening happens.
We also support your store for the first 12 months with a dedicated marketing agenda, and we have a national campaign in magazines and internet sites that reach our demographic consistently.
We have a unique system of having a toll-free number that is re-routed to your store if the call originates within your region — part of ensuring your territory remains exclusively yours. We also have consultants at the corporate office that will take your calls and answer questions about any aspect of the business.
